There are literally hundreds of diet plans to help people lose weight. Try cutting down 200 calories for a month and give your body time to adjust then cut down 200 and so on and so forth until you reach the amount of calories that you should be having and is optimum for your weight loss.

In the end a healthy weight loss diet is not only about losing weight it is about strengthening your immune system, keeping your heart healthy and feeling better than you ever thought possible. To do that you need to ensure that you are getting all the nutrition your body needs and that you feel good about yourself and about the diet itself.
